What a great place to deal with!
I was interested in an XC60 they had, and I am 3.5 hrs out of province. Jeffrey Haynes(sales) was excellent to deal with, and answered all my MANY questions by email. Drove down for a look, and made the deal, which was easy and fair, with no pressure. Vehicle was just as they described, and Jeffrey was very helpful with the cross border licensing.
Tony Joseph(finance) was also great to deal with.
I came back a week later to pick it up, and Jeffrey was gracious enough to even pick me up at the train station. I am an extremely picky buyer, and these folks made it a super easy transaction.
The included Volvo CPO warranty really is the best also.
WELL worth the drive!
After visiting another Volvo dealership and not getting very much assistance - I walked into West island dealership and was beyond impressed at the level of professionalism and service. Athena greeted me and within an hour we had a deal! She was no nonesense - listened to exactly what I was looking for and presented me with an incredible price for a new car. The follow up’s afterwards were outstanding. This is really a place that breaks the mold and stereotype of a car dealership. I highly recommend Volvo - great car - and Athena was an amazing sales person.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a calm and respectful environment when looking for a car.
I went in to look at a used vehicle and was met with a smile of a receptionist and zero judgment from the salesperson. I did not feel pressured at all.
Even though i didn't buy a car from them this time their simple and humane approach left left a warm feeling towards Volvo.
Had a great experience when I bought our car and today it was my first time at service and I had a fantastic experience. The staff (I forgot their names, sorry!) was friendly and fun yet very professional. This was only a a tire change but they washed the car and fixed an issue I had with a body trim for free. Price for tire change was in the same range as other tire places on the island, so I did not pay a premium because it was the dealer. It’s a bit farther for me to go there but I will return for the next tire changes. Also nice that they happen to be 5min walk from Fairview so time flies if you opt to wait like I did.
It was our first time today with Volvo Auto West Island for the installation of a new winter tire kit for our Volvo XC60 T8 Ultra Black Edition. We had heard many positive things about this shop and know many others who also choose to travel out of town to see Marius and his team. Both he and Matthew provided first class service, knowledgeably answered our questions, completed the work promptly, and took great care of our new car.
