What a great place to deal with!
I was interested in an XC60 they had, and I am 3.5 hrs out of province. Jeffrey Haynes(sales) was excellent to deal with, and answered all my MANY questions by email. Drove down for a look, and made the deal, which was easy and fair, with no pressure. Vehicle was just as they described, and Jeffrey was very helpful with the cross border licensing.
Tony Joseph(finance) was also great to deal with.
I came back a week later to pick it up, and Jeffrey was gracious enough to even pick me up at the train station. I am an extremely picky buyer, and these folks made it a super easy transaction.
The included Volvo CPO warranty really is the best also.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a calm and respectful environment when looking for a car.
I went in to look at a used vehicle and was met with a smile of a receptionist and zero judgment from the salesperson. I did not feel pressured at all.
Even though i didn't buy a car from them this time their simple and humane approach left left a warm feeling towards Volvo.
Athena was a great help in giving me all the information and providing recommendations based on my needs and what I was looking for.
She laid out all my options, explained everything about the car during the test drive, provided all the pricing options and worked with me to make sure we got to a level we both agreed on!

After visiting another Volvo dealership and not getting very much assistance - I walked into West island dealership and was beyond impressed at the level of professionalism and service. Athena greeted me and within an hour we had a deal! She was no nonesense - listened to exactly what I was looking for and presented me with an incredible price for a new car. The follow up’s afterwards were outstanding. This is really a place that breaks the mold and stereotype of a car dealership. I highly recommend Volvo - great car - and Athena was an amazing sales person.
This was one of the BEST car-buying experience I've had and I've had a lot! Not only did I have fun exploring and researching the Volvo (XC60 Ultra, Mild-Hybrid), it was also such an easy and relaxed process to make the appointment with Athena. I had so many questions in the beginning (a ton of emails that I exchanged with her..!) and she was patient and pleasant to deal with, always a super-quick response and helpful. Athena has a phenomenal attention to detail. NEVER did I feel any pressure whatsoever in any of the correspondence or the calls or even the first visit for my test-drive. Athena knew that I was considering another brand vehicle and she was more than accommodating in helping me with all the options available on the Volvo without knocking the other brand - very professional in her approach. She was sincerely thrilled for me when I decided to move ahead with the purchase of the Volvo and thereafter the paperwork (contracts, warranties, etc..) was a straight-forward and easy process. Between Athena and Sarah (Commercial Director) - what an amazing team! Athena also took the time to introduce several of the Team players at Volvo West Island (service team department, sales manager) and they were all truly pleasant. Athena, thank you so so much - I'm enjoying my beautiful 2025 Volvo XC-60 MH ULTRA !! I highly recommend this dealership and of course, Athena. Cheers!
